Legal Assistant
Jailene Gallo is the Legal Assistant for the Family Law Team at The Irving Law Firm’s Manassas Office, where she drafts our legal documents, schedules meetings, engages with clients through the discovery process, and assists attorneys with trial preparation. Jailene was born and raised in Honduras, which is where she spent most of her life before moving to the United States at 15 years old. Despite speaking very little English at that time, Jailene graduated from Falls Church High School with Honors in 2020. She then began working in restaurants, where she developed strong social and communication skills.
Jailene is currently working toward her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies through Northern Virginia Community College, where she is expected to graduate in the Fall of 2026. She is also pursuing an Associates Degree In Criminal Justice and Criminology, where she is expected to graduate in the Summer of 2027. Her goal is to then transfer to a four year University and earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Jailine also has experience as a paralegal and legal assistant from working previously at an Immigration Law Firm. Jailene later transitioned that role into a paralegal specifically working with attorneys and clients on Personal Injury and Criminal Defense cases.
When she is not working, Jailene enjoys doing various outdoor activities and spending time with her cat-loving one year old.
