Victor Ciola

Victor Ciola is an experienced Multi-Jurisdictional Paralegal, with a professional background of over five years in civil litigation. He focuses on assisting attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including case intake, discovery management, and trial preparation. Victor also specializes in legal drafting and supporting attorneys in the preparation of a wide variety of legal documents, such as: Demands, Complaints, Motions, propounded and responsive Discovery, Appellate Briefs, and Writs of Mandamus. He works in various areas of law, including civil litigation, family law, and personal injury.
Victor is a Certified Paralegal, holding a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the Paralegal Institute of Washington D.C. He is currently advancing his studies by pursuing an LL.M. in law at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. This ongoing education, combined with his law degree from São Paulo’s United Metropolitan College in Brazil, provides him with a deep, cross-border understanding of the legal landscape. Victor is a highly motivated professional with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Outside of his legal career, Victor enjoys spending time with his wife, loves hiking and watching soccer. Victor also shares a strong passion for animal welfare, actively fostering dogs since 2024 with the Animal Welfare League of Arlington, contributing to the care of animals in the local community.
