Mary Ellen Bokanovich is the Financial Analyst and Billing Specialist for The Irving Law Firm. Known for translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, Mary Ellen brings a collaborative leadership style, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement to her role. She is also a commissioned Notary Public.

Prior to joining us, Mary Ellen worked at General Dynamics Information Technology for more than 30 years, where she built a deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, contract billing and close-out, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation, internal controls,
and audit support.

Raised in the City of Manassas, Mary Ellen has seen the area grow from a quiet area of hardware and five-and-dime stores to a bustling area of shops, restaurants, and large neighborhoods. As a kid, she and her siblings would ride their bikes past the old jail, which was then located in the parking lot next to ILF’s Manassas office, on her way to Rohrs to buy penny candy.
