Molly Teare is an experienced paralegal with nearly a decade of litigation experience across labor and employment law, construction law, family law, and criminal defense. Her legal career began when a regular customer at a coffee shop where she worked recognized her potential and offered her a start in the field. She later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from George Mason University in 2020, bringing a deep understanding of human dynamics to her casework.

Over the years, Molly’s strong operational skills led to her promotion into leadership at her previous firm, where she managed legal teams supporting criminal defense and family law practices across various offices in D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and South Carolina. She excels at keeping complex cases organized and empowering support staff to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Outside of work, Molly stays active by lifting weights, catching rare finds in Pokémon GO, and competing in local trivia nights.
