Elnaz Azim

Elnaz Azim is a Legal Assistant for the Irving Law Firm, supporting the Criminal Defense team. She assists attorneys with case intake, investigations, discovery, drafting documents, coordinating filings, preparing trial materials, and client communications. Elnaz values an organized work area, believing that a clear space reflects a clean mind.

Elnaz grew up in both North Carolina and Northern Virginia. She received her Master’s Degree in National Security from George Washington University in 2025, and her Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from Virginia Tech in 2023. After graduation, Elnaz spent two years with the federal government, where she worked closely with the law and policy on an institutional level. Since coming to The Irving Law Firm, she is now working towards receiving her paralegal certification.

Outside of work, Elnaz enjoys going to concerts, spending time with her friends, reading books, and baking desserts.
