Rachel Goldsher

Rachel focuses her practice on Family Law and Adoption matters. As an experienced trial litigator, she advocates for clients facing contested adoption proceedings and all manner of divorce, child custody, spousal support, or other family law matters. Even uncontested adoption cases require significant experience to navigate the complex statutory and procedural requirements, skills that Rachel possesses in abundance.
Rachel is from Amherst, Virginia and graduated /magna cum laude/ from Virginia Tech. She majored in Political Science and Criminology. Rachel attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she graduated /magna cum laude/ and was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif. At Cardozo, Rachel was a member of the Cardozo Law Review and served on Cardozo’s Trial Team.
Prior to joining The Irving Law Firm, Rachel worked as the Chief Law Clerk for the Honorable Kimberly A. Irving at the Prince William County Circuit Court.
