Gabriela Nuncio

Gabriela is our bilingual Paralegal. Fluent in English and Spanish, she facilitates clear and effective communication with diverse clientele. She assists the Family and Criminal divisions, including criminal defense in both federal and state courts. She assists in our new Arlington office. Her responsibilities include preparing of legal documents, drafting pleadings, orders, and letters, and coordinating trial preparation with clients, attorneys, and court officials.
Gabriela is a licensed attorney in Mexico and graduated from the University of Coahuila in 2019. Prior to working at ILF she started in private practice in Mexico, where she focused primarily on criminal defense and family cases. Also, she was a law professor at Universidad Tecnologica de Saltillo in Mexico. She was granted a certificate in American Legal English from the Lingua Center at Florida International University in 2022.
Gabriela loves to be an advocate in her local community. Since she moved to the United States in 2021, she has been actively volunteering in several immigration organizations affiliated with church. She started volunteering as a lead interviewer and interpreter in 2023 with Restoration Immigration Legal Aid in Arlington, VA. She loves to spend sunny days at the beach, and travel to visit her family with her husband and cat, Nacho.
