Nicholas D. Williams received his law degree from George Mason University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Williams graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communication.
After law school, Mr. Williams served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary Grace O’Brien in Prince William County for the 31st Judicial Circuit Court of Virginia. Mr. Williams then returned to Arizona where he practiced as a Deputy Public Defender in Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona. As a Deputy Public Defender, Mr. Williams represented clients in a variety of felony matters.
During law school, Mr. Williams interned as a Law Student Observer at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission serving in the Office of Chief Counsel, Division of Trading and Markets. Mr. Williams also served as a Law Clerk at Dain, Walker, Sobhani & Nicoli, P.L.L.C. in Reston, VA and for the Yuma County Public Defender’s Office in Yuma, AZ.
Prior to starting his legal career, Mr. Williams maintained a successful financial planning practice. Providing investment and insurance solutions to small business owners, working families, and retirees, Mr. Williams gained valuable experience addressing a variety of financial needs.
